Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Neksoft Consultancy Services LLP (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services
The Company agrees to provide software consulting, web design, and ERP solutions as per the agreed-upon terms outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
3. Payment
Clients agree to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services provided. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
5. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed or provided by the Company as part of the services will remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
6. Project Timelines
The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet project timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The client will be informed of any delays promptly.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
8. Warranty and Support
The Company provides a warranty for its services as outlined in the project proposal. Ongoing support terms and conditions will also be specified in the agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for any claims arising out of the services provided will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for those services.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
